Weekends start on Friday with many people enjoying barbeques outside. Even parks and beaches provide grills for the same. Most expat families catch up with the groceries and gossiping on phones during weekends. Many leisure activities like water activities are also very popular during the weekends.

Due to huge expectations that come from such highly paid jobs, most expats don’t find much personal time. Many of the Dubai expats have international channels through the satellites.
