The services of a life coach in Dubai can take you out of problems

A life coach in Dubai is your partner and personal adviser. The life coach listens to you, looks at the whole picture and helps you to find your solutions. He answers all your queries to find out a solution of the problem you are facing. The life coach challenges you and inspires you while guiding you on your path to success.

The aim of a life coach is to draw out the potential within each individual, it develops rather than imposing solution on you, and it encourages you rather than forcing and makes you tackle the problem.

Life coaching covers all aspects of personal development and a life coach can work with you on many areas which include
  • Acquiring specific skills or knowledge
  • Starting up a business/ entrepreneurialism
  • Career development and direction
  • Management and leadership skills
  • Relationships (professional and personal)
  • Finding balance in your life
  • Time management
  • Communication
  • Dealing with stress/anxiety/fears
A life coach is your true friend. The life coach looks at the whole picture and helps you in finding your solutions to deal with any situation you are facing.

The concept of life coaching started from the West and has now spread throughout the world. Life and Business coaching is not a child’s game. It requires expertise. But now days many self proclaimed coaches have emerged in Dubai. These coaches do not have the required experience in the field. Therefore it is very challenging to find the right life coach in Dubai. While hiring a life coach you must be sure that the coach you are hiring is qualified, experienced and credible. So, whatever be your questions the first thing is to choose a life coach in Dubai with caution and after sufficient research. Quacks will not be able to answer your queries correctly and you may land in a mess in spite of spending your hard earned money.

Now the question is how a life coach in Dubai provides services to the clients. There are two ways:  By personal meetings where you can pay their fees in person and get their expert advice. The second method is through internet. You can purchase their credit time for online consultations. The consultations are usually made through Skype. You can purchase the credit time through Pay Pal or through your credit card.  Your consulting session will be scheduled on the basis of the credit time you have bought. The time slot is usually allotted as per their consulting hours and is booked in advance. Generally the consulting hours are from 10.00 AM to 5.00PM UAE time except on Thursdays when they are from 3.00 PM to 7.00 PM. The fee charged is about 25 US dollars for 15 minutes. But it may differ from one coach to the other.

We all need some guidance from time to time and anyone who has crashed on a roadblock in his life can do with a little coaching to get back on the road to success. From large corporations to up-and-coming businesses, managers and employees all can benefit with the help of a life coach in Dubai. Even the employees can gain the edge needed to make it on the top in today’s highly competitive life.

High rents in Dubai

While planning to move to Dubai, one should plan about the finances and should budget the living expenses. As rents in Dubai are expensive, rent will be the biggest component of the cost of living in Dubai. What are rents in Dubai like? It’s important to understand this.

Expats from all around the world were drifting in hundreds by the day to take advantage of the market expansion in Dubai. Dubai’s financial system was flourishing at that time. The increased rents in Dubai happened suddenly, it was not linear or ongoing. It was exponential in nature. There were no rules and regulations about the rental rates, so the landlords kept on increasing the rents to as much as the renter could afford. The tenants were also making good money as the companies were thriving and so were salaries at that time. So they are able to afford the sky high rents.

This same case can be seen throughout UAE especially Abu Dhabi as it is the next in line for economic expansion. As housing stabilized and the market slowed down because of the economic crisis of 2008, the rents fell very fast. Many investors in real estate in Dubai were not reclaiming their monthly credit expenses in rents and lost their reserves. But still the rents in Dubai are high as compared to elsewhere.

There are very less number of houses in Dubai available for rent. So the rents of available properties are quite high. It is also not easy to buy a property in Dubai. Even if you are able to afford the cost of the property there will be very few properties which are ready to move.

After rent the expenses on entertainment and social activities are the second highest expenditure you are likely to incur. It is quite common in Dubai to have your meals outside in some hotel frequently after working hours.
After these two most heavy expenses you will have to spend the major portion of your money on utility bills. These utility bills are comparable and even higher to those in the west. Then you have to spend money on your insurance, car, schooling of your children and health. Many other expenses like these may make your spending budget high. When all the above are added living in Dubai becomes very expensive.

It has already been said before that the rent of the properties Dubai are very high. So if you are going to Dubai for a job you should negotiate with your prospective employers so that they provide an accommodation to you along with the salary and perks. You may also ask your employers to give to housing allowance which is quite common in Dubai. If your company is not providing accommodation then you may consider sharing an accommodation with others. You may also negotiate with your employers on matters like your fuel cost, family visits to home, health insurance and schooling cost of children etc.

So, before you go to Dubai you should keep an eye on the rents in Dubai so that you can save some money for you when you back home after completing your contract in Dubai.

Some trips for traffic and renting a Car in Dubai

In a new place, when one is away from home, renting a car is must. But before renting a car in Dubai, some information below will be valuable in preparing ourselves. Dubai has become like the United States where it’s difficult to wander around without our own car. But after 2009, when the Dubai Metro was complete things have changed a little.

It is more expedient and not very pricey to hire a car in Dubai. The road infrastructure is very good, at least the freeways and main roads. Renting a car in Dubai is mostly suggested to get pleasure on holidays. The fanatical speed racers on the freeway are the only thing to agonize. But it’s better to stay out of their way. By renting a car, one can explore the other areas of Dubai like Jebel Ali and the village of Hatta. By doing so, one can see the true picturesque areas of Dubai. For experiencing the desert milieu, the sand dunes, desert landscapes and mountains, one will have to take a trudge towards the suburbs of Dubai, as there is not much to see in terms of it within the city.

Arranging the rental car in Dubai with the internet and phone before getting there is recommended. This can be done within minutes from anywhere. Supplemental rental insurance must be asked because in another country, the original insurance policy might not carry over to the rental car. Rental contract should be read in detail before pulling out of the rental parking lot.  Function of the car lights, mirrors etc should be checked and guaranteed that they are working.  Other than this, check whether the wipers and the washing fluid are functioning as it will be needed if or when it sand storms. When finalizing rental agreement, supplement insurance should be asked that covers the rental car. It is most important to make sure that the rental car is insured. If using a credit card for booking rental, that credit card company should be asked if they automatically cover rental cars.

There are road rules to be followed in Dubai. But no one really cares to follow them. So, one can say that there is no concept of road etiquette in Dubai.  Some follow, but mostly don’t. While driving in Dubai, pay attention to the signal lights and roundabouts where it can get quite crammed especially during scuttle hour. It is better to stay in our lane and let the racers pass by as there is a lot of road wrath in Dubai. Road accidents are already a big dilemma in Dubai, and drunk driving is strongly disheartened through stern penalties.

On drunk driving, heavy fine amounts are charged and the person is even getting kicked out of the country.
Morning and afternoon peak hours cause a lot of traffic jams and even accidents. A 5 mile commute can take more than an hour at times. This definitely annoys. The other major problem one has to face is of parking. So the best option is to find the closest parking garage and pay to park even if it costs high. But it is good news to hear that bigger shops and malls have their own parking. Hopefully, after the above tips you will find yourself more comfortable in renting a car in Dubai and you will be able to hire a right car for you.

Plan Abu Dhabi – Structural Framework

Plan Abu Dhabi 2030 - an Urban Structure Framework Plan has been introduced by the Government of Abu Dhabi. This plan lays down the strongest foundation of designing the city in the most structured ways. It is the basic underpinning on which this city will be developed in the future. It will guide planning decisions for the next quarter of a century. The government also announced the establishment of a new urban planning council to oversee the implementation of the plan and further the development of the policy. This plan was actually disclosed in the year 2008 and is under implementation for several years. Apparently, nonchalant and ambitious attitude of the Abu Dhabi Government has made this plan even come into existence.

This plan aims to renovate Abu Dhabi into a world class city. It definitely is a long term plan that will take shape steadily towards it goal and will transform the whole city to give it a whole new look with structurally enriched buildings and pathways. This plan is sure a very detailed document and includes several stipulations to be worked at. Proper guidelines on how to use land, the heights of the building, public transportation infrastructure, etc. is all laid up and needs to be strictly followed. This will be ensured by the Urban Planning Council. The plan is based on inhabitant’s growth of over 3 million residents per year through 2030. The plan involves several housing projects, which are aimed at attracting a whole generation of big time investors, business, trade, residents from all over the world. Post the effectiveness of the plan the place is sure to reach massive heights of glory and splendour.

Post 2008, the government has learnt its share of lessons from the Dubai city strengthening plan. It definitely will cover all such points of its failure there and will sternly look at building Abu Dhabi a place with least or minimal follies on the planning and implementation of the system. Abu Dhabi is aimed at creation of a contemporary version of an Arab city, which has all the world class laurels, which enables its residents with enormous opportunities to grow and prosper. As per the plan, Abu Dhabi will continue its tradition of measured growth reflecting a sustainable economy, rather than an unrestrained augmentation.

The plan will take the city leaps and bounds to another level altogether making the place to be enriched and economically bold and sustainable. The city will be able to cope up with the unfortunate natural adversities and will provide its residents a promise to enliven with. Its everlasting stature as a capital city will always embark its phenomenon to be at the top of the Arab cities. Its urban framework and community infrastructure will enable the values, societal traditions equipped and intact with its awe inspiring composition.

This may not be mere a replica of what we see in Dubai. Its far ahead of what we see Dubai or any other urban developed Arab City. Plan Abu Dhabi is sure to enable the city to touch the magnificent laurels of an unparalleled Arab city.

Dubai in a Snapshot: Photos of Dubai

Firmly rooted culture in the Islamic traditions of Arabia defines the generic status of the people staying in Dubai. Having said that, Dubai offers foreigners to have liquor in the restaurants, dress code is liberal for a tourist woman, they face little discrimination and may even walk around the city unescorted. Courtesy and Hospitality are the most high prized virtues of Dubai. This may be eminent with the Photos of Dubai that will take a pictorial tour of the city.

The architecture of Dubai is world famous and there is no doubt left in any mind about the finesse in the structures of these sky touching buildings. This is the Burj Khalifa Dubai Tower, the tallest building in the world. This picture will sure balm the eyes of a buildings and structure fan.

A close look to the interior of the Burj Khalifa will leave you enchanted with its architecture and mesmerising beauty. Dubai is definitely one city that will end up converting a naive photographer into a professional with tons of photos of Dubai in his camera!

Life in Dubai has always been magnanimous. This becomes all the more evident with this photo where culture and tradition marks its way through strongly imbibed culture and tradition of the city. Warmth and hospitable souls intact with their true cultural heritage is a rare sight to see.

Dubai has a style of its own when it comes to dressing and looks. Any Dubai native may be recognised wherever he may go with this perfect dressing that looks so soothing to the eye, especially in this warm weather of Dubai. Taking a picture with these white dresses people may be good deal if they allow you to do that. After all it’s a personal choice to be clicked or not. Personal sentiments to be respected - should be the foremost rule of photography.

Safest bet are the local kids. They generally don’t mind to be clicked and may even give you certain best of the shots while playing around with them. They love to be clicked and leave a photographer’s thirst of a naughty click just satisfied.

Tiger Woods golf course which is still under construction is still a warm photo to be clicked if one is or not a golf fan. Clicking Tiger Woods piece of art sure is an all time high!

Talking about the golf course and not mentioning Emirates Golf Club Dubai might be a sin. This course not only is voted one of the top 100 golf courses outside of the US but also holds breathtaking view to the photographer’s delight.

If the Photos of Dubai don’t show the Gold Souk for its enchanting gold collection, the pictorial tour will be incomplete. Dubai loves gold and gold loves pictures.

Buying Gold in Dubai is extremely economical. Whoever visits the place, can’t remain not in possession of any gold ornament even if one is not a jewellery freak. The value for money is the punch line here apart from the amazing jewellery designs and immense bargain options due to competition.

The Louvre Abu Dhabi: Amalgamates the artworks of east and west

The Louvre Abu Dhabi is a joint collaboration project of the Abu Dhabi and the French governments. The collaboration agreement between the two governments has been made for thirty years. The aim of the project is to set up a Louvre Museum in the city of Abu Dhabi and was originally scheduled to be completed by the year 2012. But now as per the latest estimates this project will be fully functional by the end of 2013.

After the completion of the project it will be an amazing piece of work. It is likely to increase the tourists inflow to Abu Dhabi from all over the world. The museum will exhibit the art works from all over the world. The art work will be both eastern as well as western. Thus it will bridge the gap between the two arts and will showcase them at one place.

Because no one will like to miss the opportunity to see this unique museum along with the other museums like Guggenheim Museum it is sure to make the Saadiyat Island a hot tourist place. It will also serve as place to know about the art and cultures of many parts of the world.
The Louvre Abu Dhabi is still under construction. But once its construction is complete it will be the most amazing infrastructure in Abu Dhabi. The main construction highlight of this museum is its dome. The dome has been designed in the form a floating dome. This exclusive design of the dome enough sunlight into the museum. The art work in the museum will be exhibited in two parts. The larger part will be dedicated to permanent artworks. Periodical exhibition of art works will be arranged in the other part of the museum.

This museum is being constructed in the Saadiyat Island Complex on an area of 24000 meters. The estimated cost of the project is about 83 to 108 million Euros. The project has been designed y architect Jean Nouvel. The engineers from Buro Happold are engaged in the construction of the project. The project agreement got the approval of the French parliament in October, 2009 and the construction started immediately after the approval.

Though the museum is constructed in Abu Dhabi but it will be maintained and managed by French Museum Agency with the help and support of Tourism Development and Investment Agency (TDIC) which is the brain behind this whole project.

The Louvre Abu Dhabi will serve two purposes after its completion. One the art works from all over the world will be seen at one place in Abu Dhabi. But the most important purpose is that it will serve s the center point to bridge the gap between the arts of the east and the west. In this way it will also serve as a focal point to bridge the cultures of the east and the west.

The project was not free from controversies from the start. The difference surfaced o the matter of exhibition of art works. It was argued that the exhibition of western art works may affect the Abu Dhabi culture. But now it has been finally agreed that the Louvre Abu Dhabi will exhibit only those art pieces which are not against the cultural values of Abu Dhabi.

Living in Dubai may also be a costly affair

Living in Dubai may be both affordable and high. It depends on how you choose to live in Dubai and your life style. You can be lavish and spend much on entertainment in nights and increase your cost of living or you can be spend thrift and save some money. You can also choose a middle path and keep your spending within the budget.

It does not mean that you stay within the four walls of your home all the time and do not enjoy and entertain. After all Dubai is a place for enjoyment and entertainment. But should learn to spend in limits despite the fact that your salary and other perks will be high. If you do not learn to save some money you bank account will soon start showing negative balances.

Dubai is very popular among the foreigners due to its economical growth. Its population is also on the rise. It has also the flaws of inflation  and all other characteristics which are seen in the modern economy.  So the cost of living in Dubai is also very high if compared even  to even America. The reason of this high cost of living is high standard of living in Dubai.  People like to indulge in wine and dine as a routine. In Dubai there is no personal income tax. So people have more surplus money to spend and they spend this surplus money on luxuries.

The rents in Dubai are very high. There are very less number of houses in Dubai available for rent. So the rents of available properties are quite high. It is also not easy to buy a property in Dubai. Even if you are able to afford the cost of the property there will be very few properties which are ready to move.

You may also negotiate with your employers on matters like your fuel cost, family visits to home, health insurance and schooling cost of children etc.
In short you will to balance your expenditure and earnings. If you want an easy living in Dubai and save something you will have to decide on your priorities and spend accordingly.

Living in Abu Dhabi is an enjoyable experience

Earlier when someone talked of living in Middle East it meant that he must be living in area full of chaos. Middle East was considered synonymous with wars, guns and terrorism. The Middle East countries were considered as countries full of violence and it was supposed that the people living there must be living in fear. But this is the picture of earlier times. Many countries of the Middle East have moved forward on the path of progress by shedding the violence.  Now the picture of places like Dubai and Abu Dhabi has totally changed. Dubai has emerged as the global business place and a tourist hub where people from all over the world want to spend their holidays. Similarly, Abu Dhabi is also progressing at a very fast pace and living in Abu Dhabi has become even more lucracative than Dubai because Abu Dhabi is still a growing economy and have more opportunities of jobs and business.
The culture of Abu Dhabi is not very different from Dubai. Both are Arab countries and local at both the places speak Arabic.  Though the locals speak Arabic but the languages like Urdu, Persian, and Russian are quite common. But English is the most commonly spoken language in Abu Dhabi because of the expats coming there and even the locals are now learning it to communicate better with their western counterparts. However Islam still remains the single largest uniting factor for the believers of Islam. If English is not your language it will be good if you learn it. It will be enough even if you learn some common phrases used in day to day situations. It will also be good for you if you learn some words of the local Arabic language. The reason is that if you use these words when you are communicating with a local you are likely to get better attention.
Abu Dhabi is a beautiful place to live in. There are a lot of beautiful natural sceneries, elegant and magnificent structures to see.
