About Dubai Architecture

Dubai architecture has got its own importance in terms of excellence and technical soundness. Everything has been explained in a book that belongs to a friend of mine. I recently got a glimpse of that piece of art and was taken aback. 

This book is named Dubai Design & Architecture. This book describes each and every technical and architectural detail of the mammoth buildings and skyscrapers in Dubai and that too with an ease. 

Even a person like me, who lacks the precision to understand these minutest of the explanations, will be able to tackle the concepts with ease and will be flattered with the collection of fantastic pictures and designs in this beautiful part of the world – Dubai city. The main reason for me to take that book is the fact that I get quite thrilled while I look at some of the best Architecture in Dubai. 

The best part about this book is the fact that the values and the culture of the Middle East remain intact with each passing monument that you have a look at. The book is a lot easy to understand and carries all the details with élan. Many phrases in the book tell you that there has been a great influx of the most talented architects from all around the planet just to work on the gigantic skyscrapers, here in Dubai modern architecture.

The book has been praised by all the art praises and has been the center of attraction for those who want to seek nothing but technical and architectural excellence. For the non-technical people, like me, this book serves alike. There has been a great use of day to day practical incidents and experiences that makes the reader feel more like a book that could connect. This becomes greater when people who are not that sound in the architectural techniques get the knowledge that is handy and feel like they have been a part of this great architectural drift. Seeing Dubai in terms of pictures and passages is a tradition in itself. As a reader, you would do nothing but praise this excellent piece of art. 

The book also talks about the history of the architecture culture here. The pictures are spectacular and they show Dubai in a way that is never seen before. 

For me, this book is certainly a 3 star. The ratings are all justified as you will see nothing but perfection pouring throughout. The only thing about this book is that this is not meant for a general audience. You, as a common man, can pick this up and read at whatever time you want but this book belongs more to a particular audience.

The websites, irrespective of the quality of the content, has given this book a 2-3 star ratings. That was not justified at all.

This is the only book that carves a balance between the traditional and technical aspects of Dubai Architecture.
